It just doesn’t get any better than spreadable bacon. Unless, of course, you’re talking about spreadable bacon…in bed.
This is what happens when you take a large bunch of excellent bacon, render it down, add a lot of spices, onions, etc., let it all simmer for about 6 hours, give it a quick puree, and blast chill it. Now you have bacon jam!
Put bacon jam on burgers, pie, girls, or anything else that needs to be slathered in meat.
